While it is true that waterfowl are not always the calmest of creatures, their noise and energy brings life to our waterways. In cities, these birds are being squeezed out as bodies of water fall into disrepair or run the risk of development schemes. DeptfordFolk recently secured funding to regenerate the pond at Folkestone Gardens, and are always looking for support to continue their work improving Deptford's green spaces.
